What if the finder has no internet?
The tag also carries a short code they can read out over a phone call to our support line, so a weak connection is not a dead end.
Should I still microchip my pet?
Yes. A chip is permanent identification for vets and shelters; the QR is the fast path for the ordinary person who finds your pet first.
Is my address on the tag?
No. Nothing personal is printed. You decide what a finder sees, and it can be as little as “please call the owner”.
What if the tag gets scratched up?
Tags are printed on weatherproof stock, and replacements re-link to the same profile — your pet’s page and history stay intact.
